This role is ideal for graduates who want hands-on experience in food safety, quality control, compliance monitoring, and laboratory testing. As a Junior Quality Controller, you will help ensure that food products meet strict quality, hygiene, and safety standards before reaching consumers. Key Responsibilities Your daily responsibilities may include: ✅ Product Testing Conduct physical, chemical, and sensory testing on raw materials and finished food products. ✅ Food Safety Compliance Support food safety systems and ensure compliance with quality regulations and industry standards. ✅ Quality Documentation Record laboratory test results, maintain logs, and help prepare quality assurance reports. ✅ Hygiene & GMP Inspections Monitor workplace hygiene and ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are followed. ✅ Sample Management Assist with collecting, storing, and tracking shelf-life
