Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Home Finance Guidance * Assist potential home buyers throughout the home loan application process. * Keep customers informed about the progress and status of their applications. * Provide accurate information regarding home finance products and services. * Coordinate with internal specialists such as credit, valuation, and fraud teams when required. Sales & Business Development * Proactively engage customers to achieve sales and performance targets. * Identify opportunities to promote relevant home finance solutions. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Stakeholder Management * Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders. * Support smooth processing and fulfilment of home loan applications. * Ensure excellent customer service throughout the client journey. Compliance & Risk Management * Follow all applicable banking regulations, policies, and procedures. * Maintain high standards of compliance and quality assurance. * Ensure all activities are conducted according to approved operating procedures. Minimum Requirements Education * Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
