The successful candidates will provide first-line IT support, resolve technical incidents, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across systems, users, and retail devices. 🖥️ Key Responsibilities – IT Service Desk Support Role 🔧 First-Line IT Support & Incident Management •Provide first-line technical support for IT issues and service requests •Log, track, and resolve incidents via the service desk system •Escalate complex technical issues according to SLA procedures •Ensure all tickets are updated accurately and resolved on time •Communicate incident status and updates to end users 💻 Desktop, Laptop & POS Support •Support desktops, laptops, printers, routers, and retail POS systems •Assist with workstation setup and software installation •Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues •Perform password resets and basic system security updates •Support application deployments and device configuration ⚙️ IT Operations & System Maintenance •Assist with IT infrastructure support and system maintenance •Participate in major incidents, system changes, and disaster recovery •Support IT upgrades, deployments, and rollout projects •Maintain IT documentation and knowledge sharing within the team 🤝 Customer & Internal User Support •Provide professional IT support to internal staff and stakeholders •Maintain strong communication and service relationships •Manage user issues with urgency and professionalism •Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with SLAs ⚠️ Application Note Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (minimum requirement)
- IT qualification or certification (advantageous)
