Graduates will gain hands-on experience in: Process improvement and business optimisation Automation and AI-powered solutions Data analysis and business insights Operational excellence in banking Digital technologies and workflow automation Participants will receive structured mentorship, formal training, and on-the-job experience while contributing to real business projects that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities As part of the programme, graduates may: ✅ Analyse Banking Processes Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in everyday banking and lending operations. ✅ Develop Automation Solutions Learn to create automation and AI-powered solutions using tools such as: Python Microsoft Power Automate AI Builder AWS (Amazon Web Services) ✅ Build Data-Driven Insights Support decision-making through analytics, reporting, and performance tracking. ✅ Collaborate Across Teams Work with operations, risk, technology, and business teams to improve banking processes. ✅ Develop Technical Skills Gain valuable exposure to digital transformation and emerging banking technologies.
