Minimum Requirements Applicants must meet the following requirements: * Trade Tested Millwright qualification * N Levels in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a National Diploma in Engineering * Minimum of **3 years' experience** in a food manufacturing environment * Technical knowledge of: * High-speed production machinery * Packaging machinery * PLC systems * SCADA systems * Fault finding * Pneumatic and electrical controls * ECRA * Filling machines * Millwright Toolbox * Willingness to work overtime, shifts, standby duties, confined spaces, and extreme working conditions Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will: * Assemble, install, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment. * Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment. * Conduct fault finding and machine condition analysis. * Perform root cause analysis on processing, steam, refrigeration, and water equipment. * Improve equipment reliability and machine availability. * Support production and maintenance teams with technical expertise. * Inspect and test equipment according to prescribed maintenance schedules. * Complete job cards and maintain accurate maintenance records. * Perform equipment modifications and continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure process control software is backed up and kept up to date. * Participate in Clover's Way Better continuous improvement teams.
