About the Role The ICT Support Intern will assist staff and students with technical support, troubleshooting, and ICT-related equipment. You will help maintain IT systems and ensure users can effectively use hardware, software, and network resources. Key Responsibilities Successful candidates will be responsible for: -Providing technical support for hardware, software, printers, and networks -Assisting with setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and ICT equipment -Supporting computer lab maintenance and preparation -Assisting with device imaging and deployment -Troubleshooting WiFi and LAN connectivity issues -Supporting audio-visual equipment during classes and events -Assisting with printer support and software administration -Escalating unresolved technical issues to senior ICT staff -Maintaining ICT equipment according to company standards -Delivering excellent customer service to staff and students
