Premier Port Elizabeth Depot is currently recruiting for a Loader to join its Despatch team. This position reports directly to the Dispatch Supervisor and is responsible for loading and offloading bread, maintaining stock rotation procedures, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the dispatch process. Key Responsibilities Loading and Offloading Operations *Load and offload bread according to company SOPs. *Follow the correct loading and offloading sequence. *Ensure only quality bread is loaded and dispatched. *Maintain proper stock rotation using FIFO principles. Stock and Tray Management *Conduct tray counts and balance trays on trucks. *Assist with stock control and dispatch processes. *Report loading and offloading issues to supervisors. Compliance and Teamwork *Attend daily Invocom meetings. *Follow company policies and operational procedures. *Support a safe, efficient, and productive dispatch environment. Working Conditions 6-day work week. Required to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. Rotating shift schedule. May be required to work until the final truck has been completed and dispatched.
