PPC Cement is hiring a Handyman to assist electricians with maintenance, repairs, and installations in a heavy industrial environment. This role focuses on ensuring plant availability, supporting electrical work, and maintaining equipment performance. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Repairs *Assist electricians with electrical maintenance and repairs *Perform planned and unplanned maintenance tasks *Conduct fault finding and diagnostics on equipment Operations *Ensure maintenance work meets required standards *Follow Operational Best Practices (OBP) *Complete daily checklists and time reporting Safety & Compliance *Follow SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) regulations *Report hazards, incidents, and risks *Maintain housekeeping and safe work environment Communication *Provide feedback to technicians and foremen *Participate in team meetings and reporting processes 💡 Key Skills Problem-solving and technical skills Attention to detail Ability to work in harsh environments Strong organisation skills Self-discipline and proactive mindset ⚠️ Working Conditions Willing to work overtime, weekends & standby shifts Ability to work extended hours during shutdowns
