Maintenance Technician – Ndabeni DC

TFG is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its Ndabeni Distribution Centre in the Western Cape. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on technical experience in maintenance, breakdown support, and warehouse or industrial equipment. 👉 You’ll help keep distribution centre equipment and infrastructure running efficiently to support daily operations. 🧠 Key Responsibilities Respond to equipment breakdowns and carry out repairs Perform planned, preventative, and corrective maintenance Support conveyor systems, sortation equipment, dock levellers, compressors, lighting, and other DC infrastructure Monitor equipment performance and identify risks early Record maintenance work and corrective actions Support health, safety, and environmental compliance Work closely with operations, engineering, and HSE teams Assist with continuous improvement to increase uptime and reliability Skills Needed Strong technical and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Teamwork and communication Proactive approach to maintenance issues
