This is a field-based and remote-enabled role requiring a highly motivated individual who can meet sales targets in a competitive retail banking environment. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Promote and sell Money Market Account products to new customers Identify and convert leads into active account holders Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Engage with clients through remote and in-person channels Attend events, meetings, and sales activations Deliver accurate product information to customers Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools (e.g. Monday.com) Provide feedback and ideas to improve sales performance and customer experience Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends 🧠 Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Ability to work independently and remotely Tech-savvy (CRM systems and digital tools) Adaptability and proactive mindset Strong customer service orientation Willingness to travel and work weekends when required Must own a smartphone for work-related tasks
