The role supports procurement and supply chain activities by improving data quality, increasing operational efficiency, and enabling effective enterprise resource planning. Key Responsibilities Master Data Management * Create, maintain, and manage master data records * Eliminate duplicate material records * Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems * Improve purchasing visibility and transactional accuracy Codification and Compliance * Ensure accurate codification of materials and services * Maintain compliance with company standards and policies * Support document control processes * Facilitate enterprise resource planning activities Supply Chain Support * Support supply chain management through effective information management systems * Enhance operational efficiency through standardized processes * Assist with material identification and requirements planning * Improve service delivery through continuous improvement initiatives Safety and Governance * Adhere to Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) policies * Promote safe work practices and compliance * Support governance and risk management processes Technology and Systems * Utilize SAP and Pilog systems for data management * Support information management technology infrastructure * Ensure effective use of ERP systems and reporting tools Minimum Requirements Qualifications * Grade 12 / Standard 10 Technical Qualification * Trade Certificate: Electro Mechanical (MQA/QCTO) * Certificate in Purchasing and Stores Management Experience * Minimum 3 years' experience in: * Technical maintenance * Contract management * Supply chain environments * Master data management Additional Requirements * Psychometric Assessment * Certificate of Fitness * Knowledge of SAP and Pilog systems * Strong document control and compliance management experience Required Skills and Competencies Successful candidates should demonstrate: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to identify service improvement opportunities * Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Commitment to continuous improvement * Ability to work independently and within a team
