Fluor is looking for an experienced Mining Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams and deliver high-quality mining and metals projects. 👉 This role focuses on technical leadership, project delivery, and cost optimisation across large-scale engineering projects. 🧠 Key Responsibilities Lead and manage mining engineering teams Provide strategic direction & technical oversight Coordinate across disciplines: Process Engineering Project Management Construction & Procurement Ensure cost-effective project execution (CCE) Drive value engineering & optimisation Monitor budgets, schedules, and project performance Ensure compliance with regulations & quality standards 🛠️ Key Skills & Experience Mining / process plant experience Materials handling systems Cost estimation & staffing forecasts Full project lifecycle experience Strong communication & stakeholder management Ability to work under pressure ⚠️ Important Note Role is contingent on contract award Must be legally authorised to work in South Africa
