RCL Foods is hiring an Instrumentation Technician to maintain and optimise automation systems (PLC, SCADA) in its milling and packaging operations.
š Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and calibrate instrumentation systems
Support PLC (Siemens S7) and SCADA (Wonderware) systems
Troubleshoot automation and communication networks (Profibus)
Develop and manage SQL data logging systems
Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown support
Ensure compliance with OHS, GMP & HACCP standards
Participate in root cause analysis and system improvements

Requirements
- National Diploma / Trade (Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Electrical)
- 3ā5 years industrial / FMCG experience
- Experience with Siemens S7 PLC (TIA Portal)
- Knowledge of SCADA systems (Wonderware)
- SQL database experience (essential)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to read technical diagrams (P&IDs, schematics)
