NTT DATA is looking for a Services Technician (L2) to provide technical support, install hardware/software, and maintain IT systems for clients. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on IT support experience who enjoys solving real-world problems. 🧠 Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain servers & network equipment Provide on-site, remote, and telephonic IT support Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (break/fix) Perform routine maintenance & system monitoring Set up and manage backup systems Work with IT teams to deliver solutions Log incidents and escalate complex issues Support client environments and ensure uptime 🛠️ Technical Skills Active Directory (user/computer management) Server & network troubleshooting Basic cloud & infrastructure knowledge ITSM tools (ticketing systems) 🚗 Important Must have own vehicle (non-negotiable)

Requirements

  • IT Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in IT support role
  • Strong problem-solving & communication skills
  • Ability to work with clients and teams
  • Certifications (Advantage)
  • A+
  • Network+
  • Security+
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Azure Fundamentals
