This role focuses on optimising production, managing resources, supervising teams, and ensuring high-quality output 🔧 Key Responsibilities Production & Operations *Ensure production processes run efficiently *Optimise plant and truck utilisation *Coordinate production, maintenance, and administration Team Management *Supervise and manage staff performance *Conduct training and development *Handle HR and industrial relations matters Maintenance & Quality *Oversee plant maintenance and equipment performance *Plan shutdowns and maintenance schedules *Ensure quality standards are met Safety & Compliance *Manage health, safety, and environmental standards *Conduct inspections and enforce compliance *Maintain safe working conditions Financial & Resource Management *Manage budgets and costs *Control stock and materials *Ensure efficient use of resources 💡 Key Skills Leadership and supervisory skills Problem-solving and troubleshooting Ability to work under pressure Strong communication skills Attention to detail ⚠️ Working Conditions High-pressure industrial environment Overtime may be required Hands-on plant supervision
