The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing production systems, improving operational efficiency, implementing Lean Manufacturing principles, and supporting quality improvement projects within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities As an Industrial Engineer, your responsibilities will include: * Analyse production processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. * Design and implement efficient production planning systems. * Improve material management and inventory control processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance. * Apply statistical analysis to improve product quality and manufacturing processes. * Conduct time studies and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. * Monitor production performance and develop operational KPIs. * Recommend solutions to reduce waste and improve productivity. * Train and support employees on continuous improvement initiatives. * Promote operational excellence and sustainable manufacturing practices. Minimum Requirements Applicants should have: * Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. * Proven experience in manufacturing process optimisation. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with production planning and process improvement. * Excellent organisational and project management skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
