Junior Technical Manager
About the role
A growing technical team is seeking a motivated Junior Technical Manager to support daily technical operations. This role bridges hands-on technical work with people management and operational coordination, focusing on improving technician performance, maintaining service standards, and helping grow the technical division into a profitable, efficient unit. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in managing field technicians and installers, including job allocation, scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance coaching • Support troubleshooting of escalated technical issues (CCTV, networking, VoIP, IT support) • Review completed jobs for quality and compliance; assist with site inspections and installations • Coordinate small to medium technical projects and liaise with sales and admin teams • Handle escalated client queries and ensure professional service delivery • Assist with KPI tracking, reporting, stock control, and technical inventory management

Requirements
