You’ll be responsible for planning, ordering, and monitoring materials to ensure the plant never runs out of critical components. 🧾 Key Responsibilities 📦 Material Planning & Inventory Plan and monitor spare parts and non-series materials Generate purchase orders and manage re-order schedules Prevent stock shortages in production and maintenance 🚚 Supply Chain Coordination Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams Track demand patterns and purchasing trends Coordinate delivery and logistics of materials 📊 SAP & Data Management Maintain material master data in SAP (MM, PM) Manage inventory discrepancies and audits Prevent duplication of materials in SAP 📈 Reporting & Optimization Prepare reports and cost estimates Identify cost-saving opportunities Improve inventory processes and efficiency 🧠 Skills Inventory & supply chain management SAP proficiency Analytical & problem-solving Communication & coordination Project management Closing date: 23 March 2026.
