Senior Operations Specialist - Binance Wallet

Responsibilities • Support the daily operations of Binance Wallet products and initiatives • Design and execute growth strategies across user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion • Manage operational projects end to end, from planning and coordination to execution, monitoring, and post-launch review • Organize marketing and community campaigns to optimize user growth and engagement • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and marketing to ensure timely and effective delivery • Track key product and growth metrics, and provide regular data analysis and insights • Collect user feedback and market intelligence to support product and operational improvements • Mentor and support junior team members in daily work, project execution, and operational thinking • Support feature launches, operational campaigns, and other strategic initiatives Requirements • Relevant experience in operations, growth, product operations, or related functions • Proven ability to manage projects end to end with strong ownership and execution skills • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills • Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3
