Field Technician

Deposita SA, a division of G4S and a leading cash management company specializing in smart banking and retail solutions, is looking for a Field Technician to join its operations team in Mafikeng. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing Automated Banking Machines (ABMs) and docking stations. The successful candidate will also provide on-site technical support, ensure high service standards, and help maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Installation & Maintenance Install and de-install Automated Banking Machines (ABMs) Install and maintain docking stations Perform upgrades and modifications to ABMs Provide training to clients on newly installed machines Operations Support Respond to service requests within SLA timelines Perform scheduled equipment maintenance Retrieve faulty equipment for repair Maintain company-issued tools and equipment Log service activities using the company call-logging system Customer Support Provide technical support to clients on-site Ensure customer satisfaction through proper device training Resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently Health & Safety Follow workplace safety policies and procedures Participate in safety training and initiatives Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Report and follow up on safety incidents
