About the role
PPC is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to manage and oversee the full accounts payable function. This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial processing, supervising the AP team, and improving financial operations through data analysis and process optimisation. š§ Key Responsibilities Financial Management *Oversee invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment runs *Analyse GRIR and creditors ageing reports *Manage month-end and year-end processes *Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledger Reporting & Analysis *Prepare management and financial reports *Conduct data analysis to improve efficiency *Execute accrual reporting Team Leadership *Supervise and support Accounts Payable team *Develop KPIs and performance targets *Identify training needs and support team development Process Improvement *Improve AP processes and workflows *Ensure compliance with financial policies and controls *Manage accounts payable projects š” Key Skills Financial analysis and reporting Leadership and team management Attention to detail Problem-solving and process improvement Strong organisational skills š¢ Why Apply? Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Advanced Excel
- 5ā7 years Accounts Payable experience
- 2ā3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience with:
- Vendor invoices
- Payment runs
- Reconciliations
- GRIR & creditors ageing
- Financial reporting
