Business Development – House of Worship
About the role
Audiosure (First Technology Group) is looking for a Business Development Representative focused on the House of Worship sector. The role involves identifying new opportunities for Audio, Video, and Lighting (AVL) solutions in churches, ministries, and religious organisations. The successful candidate will build relationships with church leadership and provide consultative guidance on AVL solutions. Key Responsibilities: Business Development •Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the House of Worship sector •Expand market presence and generate new leads Consultative Sales •Conduct site visits to churches and ministries •Provide guidance on audio, video, and lighting solutions •Work with technical pre-sales teams to design solutions Client Relationship Management •Build long-term relationships with pastors, worship leaders, and technical teams •Understand the needs of churches and ministry environments Sales & Project Coordination Prepare and present proposals •Collaborate with dealers and technical teams on projects •Pipeline Management •Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts •Track opportunities and follow-ups
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Experience in Audio, Video, or Lighting industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of professional AV and lighting systems
- Client relationship management skills
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
