Director, Digital Commerce
About the role
The Coca-Cola Company is hiring a Director: Digital Commerce to accelerate digital commerce growth across the Africa Operating Unit. The role focuses on expanding digital sales channels including B2B platforms, customer e-commerce, marketplaces, and digital buying experiences, working closely with bottlers, customers, and digital platform partners. This position plays a critical role in translating global digital commerce strategies into market-level execution that drives revenue growth and customer reach. Key Responsibilities: Digital Commerce Strategy •Lead the Franchise Digital Commerce strategy aligned with Africa OU and global priorities •Translate global strategy into annual digital commerce plans and roadmaps Platform & Marketplace Growth •Drive adoption of B2B platforms and customer e-commerce solutions •Manage and optimize digital marketplace partnerships Performance Management •Track and manage digital commerce KPIs and performance dashboards •Conduct regular performance reviews with bottlers and partners Commercial Growth •Partner with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Finance teams •Support revenue growth, product mix, and pricing strategies Capability Development •Build digital commerce capabilities across commercial teams •Lead change adoption and training programs
Requirements
- 10 – 14 years experience in FMCG, beverages, or related industries
- Experience in Digital Commerce, Commercial Strategy, or Sales Enablement
- Experience working in franchise or matrix environments
