Detailed Responsibilities Creative Development, Production & Technical Execution: Adapt master campaign concepts into performance-led digital assets across Paid Social, Programmatic, and Paid Search, Design static imagery, carousels, and display banners in multiple sizes and formats adhering to platform specific best practices for Meta, Google, TikTok and Display & Video 360. Build HTML5 display banners (including animation where required) and create high-performing paid social assets. Implement click tags and standard tracking requirements for programmatic campaigns. Optimise file sizes and formats in line with platform specifications and performance standards. Prepare and package assets for delivery across platforms, ensuring quality, brand consistency, and premium visual execution. Performance Marketing Integration: Demonstrate an understanding of performance marketing metrics, including: CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPL (Cost per Lead), CPC (Cost per Click), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Develop high-performing, B2C-optimised creative assets to drive audience growth and lead generation, while contributing to the overarching creative strategy of the business. Contribute actively to the creative testing strategy by: Developing structured A/B test variations Proactively suggesting new test hypotheses Adding test ideas to the testing roadmap Collaborating with digital teams to refine future creative based on results Testing is a collaborative process, but the designer is expected to contribute to creative experimentation and strategic thinking - not just asset production. Workflow, Volume & Stakeholder Management Operate within a variable delivery model: Typically, a normalised cadence of asset delivery occurs every couple of weeks per platform. Periodically, urgent or reactive requests will arise. Balance priorities effectively across platforms and campaigns. Proactively manage stakeholder expectations around timelines and feasibility. Establish and maintain clear design workflows, version control, and asset naming conventions. Communicate clearly and confidently with creative and digital teams.

Process Improvement, efficiency, tax governance and relationships Maintain and continuously improve tax templates, working papers and standard operating procedures. Liaise with AVI Group Tax and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with Group policies and tax governance requirements. Maintain and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders (SARS). Regulatory and Indirect Taxes Preparation of monthly VAT calculations including turnover reconciliations (local entities and Namibia). Preparation and submission of semi-annual withholding tax (WHT) returns and calculations. Preparation and maintenance of monthly carbon tax calculations and coordination of the annual carbon tax return submission. Liaise with the Exports Controller to obtain supporting documentation for bi-monthly sugar/diesel rebate submissions and prepare schedules for review by the Finance Executive. Tax Advisory, business support and knowledge updates. Provide tax guidance and support to finance teams and business units across the NBL Group. Provide tax training to relevant areas of the business where required, with oversight of AVI Group Tax.
